Absolutely Sinful Brownie
For all of my chocoholic friends.  Easy and possibly the best brownie you will ever eat in your life.  Let me know what you think after you have tasted your first one. OK?

Best Brownie basic recipe from Cooks.com
1/2 c. butter, melted
1     c. sugar
1 tsp   Vanilla Extract
2         Eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey’s Cocoa (unsweetened)
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2c Chopped nuts (opt.)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square 9 X 9 pan.  In large mixing bowl blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla.  Add eggs and beat well (with spoon).  Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt; gradually blend into egg mixture.  Stir in nuts if desired.  Spread into prepared pan (spray with cooking spray then flour pan shaking out excess flour).  Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.  Remove from oven, pour the peanut butter mixture on top.  Then I ice while warm which blends the toppings together and gives the nice smooth glazed effect.
Note:  I also just dump all of my ingredients into the bowl, use the mixer on medium until all ingredients are mixed (it is ok if a little bumpy, do not over mix).  Mine turn out perfect every time without all of the fuss and fewer bowls to wash.

Takes about an hour from beginning to ready for a warm brownie.  Would imagine it would be nice also with ice cream but they are very rich even without this extra treat.  Enjoy…
